After earning his doctorate in the U.S., Cameroonian scholar-practitioner Dr. Moussa Bongoyok established IUDI in 2009. He recognized a vital need for a distinct institution in Francophone Africa—more than just a school, but a movement. His vision: to ignite sustainable transformation through godly love, integrity, and academic excellence.
