Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using www.iudi.org (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms govern your use of this marketing website only. Enrollment, coursework, and academic records are handled separately on the IUDI Campus platform at campus.iudi.org under its own Terms of Use.
About This Website
This Website is operated by IUDI University, a fully online religious graduate institution operated by the International Development Foundation (IDF), a United States–based nonprofit headquartered at 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731. The Website provides general information about our programs, fees, and admissions process, and links to our admissions platform. All degrees offered by IUDI University are religious in nature.
Texas regulatory status
In Texas, IUDI University operates as a religious exempt postsecondary institution.
- The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) has confirmed that, because IUDI University offers only religious degrees, our programs fall within the exception in 19 Texas Administrative Code § 7.9, implementing H.E.B. Ministries v. Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, 235 S.W.3d 627 (Tex. 2007), and do not require Coordinating Board approval. The use of the term “university” is permitted under Texas Education Code § 61.313 and 19 T.A.C. § 7.5 on the same condition.
- The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) has granted IUDI University an exemption under Texas Education Code § 132.002(a)(2) (school number E62271).
These exemptions mean that the State of Texas has not approved, regulated, accredited, or licensed our curriculum, faculty, or programs, and exemption is not accreditation. IUDI University is not currently accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education. Information on this Website is provided for general reference. Prospective students should confirm with the employers, denominations, or graduate schools they hope to serve how our degrees will be recognized in their context.
