FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions about Admissions
I did not have good grades. Can I still apply?
Yes! We take a holistic approach, considering work experience and personal achievements.
Do you accept transfer credits?
Our programs are delivered as a sequence of modules that build on one another from Orientation through to the Capstone, so students begin at the start of their chosen degree. We do not currently accept transfer credits.
Can I apply if I have work experience but no formal academic qualifications?
Yes — IUDI University considers applicants whose preparation has come primarily through ministry or professional experience rather than formal academic study. Admission is decided case-by-case as part of our holistic review. Please be aware that graduate degrees are most often expected to follow a prior bachelor’s degree (for the MA) or a prior master’s degree (for the PhD); applicants admitted without those prior credentials may face additional questions about how their IUDI degree will be received by employers, denominations, or other institutions, beyond the recognition caveats that already apply to our programs.
Are there application deadlines?
There are no application deadlines. You can apply anytime, thanks to our continuous enrollment and self-directed learning model.
Do you offer financial aid or scholarships?
Yes — we offer institutional scholarships and need-based tuition discounts funded by IUDI University and the International Development Foundation. These are not US federal financial aid or government-backed student loans, which are only available at institutions accredited by a US Department of Education–recognized agency. See our Fees & Aid page for details.
